Processing time
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Special-order and decorated items ship when ready, and we'll confirm an estimated date with you.
Domestic shipping rates
Orders ship by ground within the United States:
- Orders under $150: $25.00
- Orders $150–$299.99: $19.95
- Orders $300 and over: FREE ground shipping
International shipping
International orders ship via USPS at rates calculated at checkout. Some items cannot be exported; see our International page for details.
Agency and bulk orders
Agencies and departments that need expedited, freight or split-location delivery can request a quote and we'll arrange shipping to fit your order.
