EMI's E.T.R. Active Shooter pacs are designed to provide the First Responder with basic but essential equipment to stop life-threatening bleeding. The kit includes the most sought-after tourniquet for 1st Responders, the X8T Tourniquet. It features a simplified windlass dial, rapid one-hand application, a quick release buckle, and is self-locking. It's also effective on limbs from pediatric to adult sizes. There are 3 styles to choose from: Basic, Standard, and Deluxe. Packed in a compacted heavy-duty reclosable bag, the pacs are ideal for cargo pockets, backpacks, etc.
