The Schrade Gurkha Kukri Machete has a 12.8 black powder coated 3Cr13 stainless steel blade. 3Cr13 takes a very sharp edge and provides quite adequate corrosion resistance. The TPE handles are a hard rubberized plastic which provides an extremely secure grip under any weather conditions. Included with the Kukri is a woven fabric sheath that comes complete with both a carry strap and a leg strap.
